I created this video about one of the best gluten free alternatives that is almost never used in gluten
free products.

You may see a similar ingredient listed on gluten free products that is from the same root called tapioca flour but it has a completely different impact on the texture and assimilation of the food.

We cook with this product so much at my house (99% Khadine) that we buy 20lb bags of it.

To me, it is the best tasting substitute for anything gluten free. It makes the food taste so good that Most people have no idea it is gluten free and it is WAY healthier than all the other alternatives

This starch is a staple in the diet of many in South and Central America as well as the Caribbean.
